YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS BY USING THIS INCENTIVE CREATOR PLATFORM, INCLUDING THIS WEBSITE, AND ALL THE TEXT, DATA, INFORMATION, IMAGES, GRAPHICS AND MORE WHICH MAY BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU IN CONNECTION THEREWITH (COLLECTIVELY, THE “PRODUCT”).

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

You are granted permission and access to the Product solely for business purposes in connection with your duties and responsibilities with Agency 720 Inc. (the “Company”).

The use of the Product requires that you upload or input relevant data or information. Once you submit the necessary data or information to the Product, the Product will generate draft material(s) that will automatically be sent for review by a Company-designated representative. ANY DRAFT MATERIALS GENERATED BY THE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING COMPANY CLIENTS, UNTIL APPROVED BY THE COMPANY-DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE. Therefore, you may not use or otherwise share or distribute any materials produced by the Product until you have received approval from the Company-designated representative for the respective materials.

YOU MAY NOT REMOVE, ALTER OR OBSCURE ANY WATERMARK OR PROPRIETARY NOTICES INCLUDED IN ANY MATERIALS PRODUCED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT.

YOU FURTHER AGREE TO NOT MODIFY OR ALTER ANY MATERIAL THAT IS PRODUCED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE APPROPRIATE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE HAS APPROVED SUCH MATERIAL.

You agree not to (1) use the Product other than as authorized by these terms; (2) sell, license, share or otherwise make the Product or other materials resulting therefrom available to any third party other than as authorized in these terms; (3) knowingly or intentionally use the Product either directly or indirectly to support any activity that is illegal; (4) access the Product for purposes other than the purposes set forth in these terms; or (5) authorize any third parties to do the above. You have no rights to the Product or any materials produced therefrom.
